COVID-19 Health & Safety

Although the pandemic has put our lives on hold in many ways, the trauma and impact experienced by the children and families in our community has not stopped. Our work at Rainbow does not stop. We need your financial help and support all the more. After much care, thought, love, respect and concern for the maximum safety of everyone, we will again be asking guests to follow best practice guidelines at this year’s Rhumba 4 Rainbow event.

COVID Health & Safety Guidelines:

  • Masking strongly recommended

    • Masking is one of the most effective ways to stop spread of the virus.

  • We are requesting that all attendees self-test before the event

  • We kindly ask you to not attend event if:

    • If you test positive or are feeling sick, have a fever, sore throat, cough, or any other cold symptoms

  • Signature on COVID Health and Safety waiver required prior to entry

  • No photo ID will be required for entry

  • No proof of vaccination will be required

  • No temperature checks will be done

In unprecedented times we have worked hard to plan for an unprecedented, outstanding event, this year!

Sincerely,
Carola Peterson Gaines, President, Board of Directors
Sharyl Kato, Executive Director
