The Rainbow Project is frequently in need of the items listed below.

We DO NOT accept the following: open/used personal care items, bedding, clothing, open/used plastic utensils, open food items, old technology, dried out art supplies, used blankets, broken or worn toys/games.

 

Toys/Kid's Stuff

 

  • Doll house figurines/people (multicultural, plastic is best). See Lakeshore Learning’s store for example.

  • Multicultural dolls

  • Dress-up clothing & accessories (especially larger child sizes)- super hero costumes, professions (police, fire, doctor, vet, etc.)

  • Multicultural people puppets (e.g. doctor, police officer, etc., including "Folkmanis" brand)

  • Play doctor kits

  • Play food

  • Exercise balls

  • Children’s books

  • Kids’ table and chairs

  • Glitter glue- assorted colors

  • Photocopy/printer paper (white, 8.5 x 11 inches)

  • Cardstock paper (various colors, 8.5 x 11 inches, 90lbs or higher)

  • Large standard size easel paper pads

  • Spiral notebooks or paper tablets (college ruled)

  • Two pocket folders

  • 1 inch three ring binders

  • Self-sealing #10 envelopes

  • 10” x 13” padded envelopes

  • Post-it notes (3”x 3”, 4” x 6”)

  • Masking tape

  • Sharpies (various sizes & colors)
