About sponsorship tickets
Sponsors will be asked to fill out ticket information for each ticket included in the selected sponsorship package. But don’t worry! It's okay if you don't know the names and emails of all guests in the group.
Simply enter placeholder information, such as “Guest of [you/business]”. Then, click Apply to all bundle tickets to populate the same information for all entries. Once you know who will attend, we can reassign the tickets to the new contacts.

Confirming by this date (three weeks before Rhumba 4 Rainbow) helps us finalize seating and ensures every spot is filled. If seats go unused, we miss an opportunity to celebrate with a full house!

That’s where our “Use It or Share It” policy comes in! Any unclaimed seats after August 28 will be gifted to client families or community partners—so your sponsorship still creates joy and connection.

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but after August 28, seats may be reassigned to others to keep the dance floor full. Contact our seating concierge with any last-minute changes.
