Confirming by this date (three weeks before Rhumba 4 Rainbow) helps us finalize seating and ensures every spot is filled. If seats go unused, we miss an opportunity to celebrate with a full house!

That’s where our “Use It or Share It” policy comes in! Any unclaimed seats after August 28 will be gifted to client families or community partners—so your sponsorship still creates joy and connection.

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but after August 28, seats may be reassigned to others to keep the dance floor full. Contact our seating concierge with any last-minute changes.
